Filter, Sort and Access Transactions

In this topic, you will see how to Filter, Sort and Access Transactions.


Steps:

  1. The Status Filter determines which Transactions display on the active tab based on the logged in User Preference settings. 

     

    Status Filter is available on My Transactions, My Group Transactions and My Collaborations tabs.

  2. The Status Filter can be modified directly on the tab without permanently altering the User Preferences settings.

     

    Click in the Status Filter field, to access the Filter list.

  3. Transaction status options are:

     

    Prep (not available on My Group Transactions tab)

    Submitted

    In Progress

    Approved

    Cancelled

    Declined

     

    A filter can be added and/or deleted by placing a checkmark next to the status option.  The default filter can be modified within User Preferences.

  4. Status Filter options also include:

     

    Select all - checkmarks all status options

     

    UnSelect all - removes checkmarks for all status options

  5. To Select all filter options, click the Select all link.

  6. All filter options display checkmarks.

     

    Click the Apply button, to save the Status Filter options.

  7. Transactions display based on Status Filter of ALL.

     

    Status Filter selection will remain throughout the current instance unless changed by the user.

     

    Status Filter will return to default with each new system login.

     

    To sort by a Status Filter, click in the Status Filter field.

  8. To remove all filter options, click the UnSelect all link.

  9. All checkmarks are removed. In this example, view all Cancelled transactions.

     

    Click the Cancelled status.

  10. Click the Apply button, to save the Status Filter.

  11. All Transactions associated to the logged in user with the status associated to the Status Filter are displayed.

  12. From the Home page, click the My Group Transactions tab.

  13. Columns can also be sorted in Ascending or Descending order based on the first field in the column. An Arrow indicates the sorted column.

     

    To sort the column, click the Column Heading.

  14. The selected column is sorted.

     

    Click the My Collaborations tab.

  15. Each Transaction displayed on the tabs are active links that open the file associated to the transaction within UWB.

     

    In this example, select file 10007297.
