Viewing History


Concept

In this topic, you will see how to View History.


Steps:

  1. The History on a Transaction captures specific events that are created, changed and deleted.

     

    Designated events that are captured are a business necessity as they may affect the Request for Approval.

    Step 1
  2. From within the Transaction, click the History menu item.

    Step 2
  3. History captures who, what, when and applicable File Number for the event.

     

    Each entry has a Show Changes link which expands the entry for additional information.

  4. To view the details on an entry, click the (Show Changes) link.

    Step 4
  5. The entry displays the Field Name, Old Value and New Value.

     

    To collapse the entry, click the (Hide Changes) link.
