Steps:
The History on a Transaction captures specific events that are created, changed and deleted.
Designated events that are captured are a business necessity as they may affect the Request for Approval.
Step 1From within the Transaction, click the History menu item.
Step 2History captures who, what, when and applicable File Number for the event.
Each entry has a Show Changes link which expands the entry for additional information.
Step 3To view the details on an entry, click the (Show Changes) link.
Step 4The entry displays the Field Name, Old Value and New Value.
To collapse the entry, click the (Hide Changes) link.
Step 5Click the (Show Changes) link.
Step 6Click the (Hide Changes) link.
Step 7Click the (Show Changes) link.
Step 8Click the (Hide Changes) link.
