In this topic, you will see how to locate a new Underwriting Request that was generated by an agent from within AgentNet.
Steps:
Agents can submit Underwriting Requests from within AgentNet.
The request will automatically generate a new Transaction in the UWB.
Step 1The Agent can assign the request to a Group or an Individual.
An email notification is generated to the Group or Individual based on the Agents selection.
Step 2The new or reopened Transaction can also be located from My Transactions or My Group Transactions based on the Agents selection.
Step 3In this example, the new Transaction was assigned by the Agent to the Nebraska Group.
Click the My Group Transactions tab.
Step 4To view the Nebraska Group Transactions, click in the My Group(s) field.
Step 5Click Nebraska from the list.
Step 6To access the Transaction, click the Jurassic Park link.
Step 7To assign the Transaction to yourself, click the Decisioning menu item.
Step 8The first indication that the Transaction was generated from AgentNet is reflected on the first History entry.
The Decision By name is reflected in Red, which indicates an Agent generated the request.
Step 9To assign to yourself, click in the Decision field.
Step 10Click Submit from the list.
Step 11Click in the Assign To: field.
Step 12Click Self from the list.
Step 13Click the Save Decision button.
