Balboa Bay Resort: 1221 West Coast Highway, Newport Beach, CA 92663

First American Corporate Office: 5 First American Way, Santa Ana, CA 92707 (Building 5)

 

All breakfasts, lunches and meeting sessions will be held at the First American office.

 

Monday Dinner: The reception and dinner will be held in the Bay View Room at Balboa Bay Resort.

Tuesday Dinner: Cocktails and dinner will be enjoyed aboard the 120’ Ambassador Yacht, which will depart from the docks behind the Balboa Bay Resort. Details will be provided in your registration packet upon arrival.

 

Directions to Balboa Bay Resort

FROM THE NORTH

1. Take the 5 or 405 South to the 55
2. Continue South on the 55 to Coast Highway
3. Proceed Southbound on Coast Highway to the Resort

 

FROM THE SOUTH

1. Take the 5 or 405 North then exit on Jamboree
2. Head South on Jamboree to Coast Highway
3. Turn Right on Coast Highway to the Resort

 

Registration Desk

Once you have checked into the resort, please stop by the Registration Desk to pick up your event packet and other material. The desk will be open from 1:00pm - 6:00pm on Monday and is located outside the Bay View Room on the second floor of the resort. Snacks and drinks will be available.

 

Parking

Balboa Bay Resort: Complimentary valet parking is available to all Women in Title attendees.

First American office: Park in the Blue Lot, located across from main office entry gate.

Hotel/Office Shuttle Service

Shuttles will depart from the Balboa Bay Resort at 6:45am and 7:00am on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings to take guests to the First American office.

Return service to the resort will be provided immediately following the general session on Tuesday only.

 

Event Attire

All meetings and meals will be business casual.

 

Name Badges

Please be sure to wear your name badge during business sessions, receptions and dinners. If you misplace your name badge, please contact Sheli Cordero at 407.383.0975 or scordero@firstam.com to have a new one created.

 

Complimentary Wi-Fi Access

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the Balboa Bay Resort and First American office.

 

Luggage

Luggage storage will be available at the First American office on Wednesday during the meeting sessions.

 

Boarding Passes

Balboa Bay Resort: Airline boarding passes may be printed in the resort business center.

 

Resort Pool

The main Resort Pool will be undergoing enhancements during the event, but guests are welcome to enjoy the bay-front Balboa Bay Club pool during their stay.  Access passes can be obtained at the resort Front Desk.
